The following is just a guide, based on our experiences. 

1. Healthy Individuals with no medical issues - 1 packet Izumio and 3 capsules Super Lutein daily

2. Emergency Cases - High Fever, Sudden Chest Pain, Sudden Abdominal Pain, Sudden Itch/ Rash - 2 packets Izumio and 3 capsules Super Luteins to be taken immediately. Repeat, if necessary after 2 or 3 hours.

3. Dengue Fever - 2 packets Izumio and 3 capsules Super Lutein, followed by 1 packet Izumio every 2 hours and 3 capsules Super Lutein every 8 hours.

4. Chronic Lifestyle Diseases with No Complications yet (Diabetes, Hypertension , Hypercholesterol , Asthma , Rhinitis, Chronic Eye Diseases such as Glaucoma and Cataract) - 2 packets Izumio and 6 capsules Super Lutein daily.

5. Chronic Lifestyle Diseases with Complications - 1 packet Izumio (if there is a need for fluid restriction) or 2 packets Izumio (no fluid restriction), 9 capsules Super Lutein daily.

6. Chronic Kidney Disease on Dialysis - 1 packet Izumio and 6 or 9 capsules Super Lutein daily

7. Severe Diabetes with Ulcers on Foot with amputation risks - 4 packets Izumio and 12 capsules Super Lutein daily. Izumio can poured onto a gauze and placed on the wound for 10 minutes before dressing the wound.

8. Stage 1 or 2 Cancer - 2 packets Izumio and 9 capsules Super Lutein daily

Stage 3 Cancer - 5 packets Izumio and 12 capsules Super Lutein daily

Stage 4 Cancer - 12 packets Izumio and 24~36 capsules Super Lutein daily.

(Take 1 packet Izumio and 2 or 3 capsules Super Lutein every 2 hours)

9. Children:

Toddler to 6 years old - Half or 1 packet Izumio and 1 capsule Super Lutein

7 to 12 years old - 1 packet Izumio and 2 capsules Super Lutein

13 years and above - 1 packet Izumio and 3 capsules Super Lutein

10. Stroke (just developed) - 3~4 packets Izumio and 6~9 capsules Super Lutein

11. Chronic Eczema - 2~3 packets Izumio and 4~6 capsules Super Lutein daily. Spray Izumio on Eczema wounds.

12. Autoimmune Disease such as Rheumatoid Arthritis and SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) - 4 packets Izumio and 9 capsules Super Lutein daily.

This is only a guide. There are no side effects from consuming Izumio and Super Lutein. Thus, you can decide the dosage by trial and error: increasing the dosage when you do not feel the effect, and reducing the dosage when your condition has improved.

You may experience a healing crisis and detoxification symptoms such as headaches, diarrhoea, pain, discomfort, itch, rashes, increased sugar or blood pressure levels, dizziness. These symptons are temporary usually last between a day and 2-3 weeks for the very sick.

As Super Lutein & Izumio are health supplements, and not medicine, it is recommended that users consume the products continually for at least 4 months to let the products cleanse the body system and for cells to regenerate.
